Web, mobile and back-office, built to last.
iOS, Android, web apps, integrations. Greenfield builds and legacy take-overs. The boring, hard, real software businesses run on — like the apps we built for MEA and SKIPMOVE.
A small, senior studio that ships production software at AI-native speed. AI is in our toolchain — not just our deliverables. That's why a hand-picked team can ship what used to take a much bigger one.
iOS, Android, web apps, integrations. Greenfield builds and legacy take-overs. The boring, hard, real software businesses run on — like the apps we built for MEA and SKIPMOVE.
Customer-service agents, internal copilots, document & data agents. RAG, function calling, evals, kill switches. Built on your real workflows — not demos. SimpStay is one we shipped end-to-end.
We sit inside your team for a sprint, audit how the work actually flows, and rebuild it with the right mix of agents, automations, and humans-in-the-loop. Currently embedded as an AI Workflow Engineer at an AI startup in Bangkok.
When you have an idea and need a senior crew to take it from spec to live. Like SKIPMOVE (full-stack, ground up) and SimpStay (our AI flagship).
A normal feature, end to end. Numbers reflect a small, well-scoped engagement — bigger builds take longer. This is the shape, not a guarantee.
Founder + lead engineer in the room with you. We map the data, the workflow, and the real problem — not the slide-deck version. By the end of the discovery sprint, you get a workflow map and a fixed-fee quote.
We design with code — not Figma-only handoffs. By end of week one, you're clicking through real screens with real data shapes.
AI writes the boilerplate; humans own the architecture. Weekly demos, evals where the work warrants them. We ship into your repo — you own everything on day one.
Deployed, instrumented, tuned. We stay reachable while it lands — fixes, tuning, log-watching as needed. After that, you operate or we operate.
A studio is the sum of what it ships. Six engagements, six clients, six different scopes — every one shipped to launch.
Our first AI-native product. Generated personalised guidebooks for short-stay hosts, then answered guest questions 24/7 — a chatbot trained on the property, not the internet. Built and shipped end-to-end.
Built the whole stack across three on-demand businesses sharing one rider network. Customer + driver + merchant apps, dispatch, payments, ops back-office. From spec to launched. The business has since wound down; the build itself is the catalyst engagement that started Bytemotion.
Frontend lead on the customer mobile apps and the back-office. Discovery, route planning, reservations, and payments — for the state authority running Thailand's EV rollout.
Frontend on the employee platform: room booking, leave requests, internal comms. Multi-tenant, used by partner state enterprises too.
Built VIMS, the back-office module that lets vendors plug into Hubswitch, import their stock, sync two-way with the main system, and run inventory operations from one place.
Bytemotion-owned cross-platform desktop binary (macOS + Windows) that reads Thai ID cards and pipes the data straight into any web admin. Used in production by Puredent dental clinics and embedded inside Hubswitch flows. Free to try.
Multi-channel order operations, fulfilment integrations, and a new direct-to-consumer storefront. Live work under NDA — we'll write it up once the client is ready to share.
Wi-Fi password. How does the AC work. Where's the nearest 7-Eleven. Most hosts answer those questions ten times a week, in three time zones, on no sleep.
We built a structured guidebook the host edits in plain language, then layered an agent that retrieves from it — the property, the neighbourhood, the guest's actual reservation. The agent doesn't guess. It quotes the host.
Web app for the host to compose and publish. Retrieval over the guidebook plus reservation context. A guest-facing chat that opens from the booking link. An eval suite the host can run before publishing — every change tested against fifty stock questions.
The retrieval logic, the eval cadence, the human escape hatch — that's where the work is. The model swaps out every six months. The product is everything around it.
Like MEA EV and MEA Connext — long procurement cycles, real impact.
Wallets, payments, KYC-adjacent flows. Regulation-aware engineering.
Like SKIPMOVE — riders, dispatch, payments, ops, all the boring middleware.
Like SimpStay — guest experience, multilingual, AI-augmented.
Like Hubswitch — small platforms, big workflow leverage, careful changes.
Like the NDA build — multi-channel order ops, D2C storefronts, integrations.
Discovery is the productized entry point with a public anchor price. Build and Continuous scope and price are set in conversation after Discovery.

I started Bytemotion in 2020 as a solo engineer. Six years and six clients later, the bet is paying off — AI in our toolchain means a hand-picked crew can ship what used to take a much bigger team.
I'm intentionally selective on client load. Right now I'm building one NDA e-commerce platform and working part-time as an AI Workflow Engineer at an AI startup in Bangkok. That's it — by design. I'd rather do two things well than six things badly.
If that's the kind of team you want building your thing, let's talk.
We don't ship slide decks. We ship the quiet machinery behind your business — apps that actually run, AI agents that actually act, and the governance built in from day one.
We reply within one business day. If your project isn't a fit, we'll say so — and point you somewhere better.
